After Effects Expressions
An expression is a small piece of JavaScript code that can be used in after effects to animate properties in After Effects. It can be used to automate animations, link values, and remove the need for manual keyframing.

The wiggle expression creates random movements
Frequency : Determines how many times per second the property changes
Amplitude : Determines how much the property changes
